After approval of the Task Completion form you will receive rewards. Those rewards are calculated as follows:

Reward in $VALOR = amount of hours X experience multiplier X 10 tokens.

1. Amount of hours = self-reported while filling out the form after completing a task.
2. Experience = self-reported while filling out the form after completing a task.
3. The token multiplier has been established by the DAO as it is inline with our tokenomics.

The experience multiplier has been established as follows:

Beginner: <1 year (multiplier = 1)

Intermediate: 1-2 years (multiplier = 2)

Advanced: 2-4 years (multiplier = 3)

Expert: >4 years (multiplier = 4)

For example, if someone with 1 year experience (intermediate) has completed a task that took 6 hours, that person will then receive 6 x 2 x 10 = 120 $VALOR tokens. These will be send to the wallet address the person provided.
